NOV 13-16 International Balloon Festival in León, Guanajuato: The biggest hot air balloon festival in Latin America comes with its 7th edition presenting 100 balloons. Visitors will remember the 1950's and have fun while staring at the colorful sky. NOV 23-DEC 13 International Festival of Campeche's Historic Center. Since 1997 in the southern state of Campeche, a festival takes place to honor the city of San Francisco of Campeche which is the oldest city of the Yucatan peninsula.
